因為以前我的健康狀況很不好，有心臟病跟氣喘，還有很多大大小小的病，所以我對於健康、運動、單車環島、鐵人三項、馬拉松一直都有憧憬，好不容易讓自己逐一克服了，現在也希望讓自己有能力幫助別人去完成並享受這些事情，因為這次的黃金海岸馬拉松，讓來自不同地方的人聚在一起，一起跑馬拉松，我則全程牽著寶貝Venus的手跑完21公里的半程馬拉松，為了避免Venus因為完全沒有練習而受傷，所以我幾乎每三公里就幫Venus按摩一次，每次大約五分鐘，在過程中一共按了六次，並隨時注意心跳、呼吸、肌肉收縮狀況、水份補充及營養補給，最主要的還是透過按摩及doTERRA精油，將我的能量及精油的能量轉移到Venus身上，令人興奮的是，這個方式的確是有效的，雖然沒有練習，但是成績比三年前還要進步30分鐘，跑完之後因為沒有訓練的關係，酸痛是難免的，回家後我在Venus最痛的地方（膝蓋的韌帶受傷，運動舒適角度為45度，膝蓋伸展大於50度，或是膝蓋收縮小於40度，都非常的痛）用精油按摩，其餘因為考量不嚴重，所以沒有施以按摩，隔天用精油按摩的地方就恢復正常而且完全不痛了，但是其他的地方就開始酸痛了，所以精油按摩的效果是非常明顯的，所以我超愛按摩。 完賽的跑者一起到衝浪者天堂的Vapiano吃義式料理慶祝，而且這是我吃過最棒的義式料理，每一口都非常的香及美味，無論是沙拉、比薩或是義大利麵都很棒，而且當天五個人吃，一個人只需要花13元就吃飽了，是個非常划算的饗宴，在黃金海岸的朋友千萬不要錯過了。
Because my health condition was very terrible that I had heart disease and asthma, and many different kinds diseases made me feel uncomfortable all the time, so I always envy of healthy,
exercise, cycling around Taiwan, ironman triathlon, marathon. Finally, I overcome all of them, so I hope I can have ability to help others to finish and enjoy healthy and exercise. Recently, there’re a big event about Gold Coast Airport Marathon, because of this event make people gather together from different place, and run marathon together. And I hold my baby Venus hand all the time during half marathon. Prevent Venus get hurt because she haven’t done any training for nearly 3 year, so I massage to her every 3 KM, and I did 6 times massage during running and it took about 5 minutes for each massage, and I also check her heart rate, breath rate, muscle condition, water supply and nutrition supply. Mainly effort is massage with doTERRA essential oil with Venus, so that I can transfer my energy to Venus, and it’s so exciting that it’s really works, although she didn’t have any training, but her result is better than last time 30 minutes. Because Venus without any training, her muscle will be very sore with over use the muscle. Her right knee’s tendon was hurt and the ranger of moment was limited, the comfort zone was 45 degree, if the knee’s movement over 50 degree or less than 40 degree, and she will be very painful. So I use doTERRA essential oil and massage with it. Next day, her knee’s range of movement back to normal without any pain. Massage with doTERRA is very powerful, so I love massage so much. By the way, the marathon finisher who live in our house we celebrated it in Italian restaurant “Vapiano”. Oh my god, this is my best Italian food that I ever had, it’s so yummy, it’s taste awesome and the smell is very nice. No matter pizza, salad, or pasta. The price is reasonable as well, 5 people to eat all the food, only took us 13 dollars for each. It’s a really good deal. If you live in Gold Coast, don’t miss it.
