Hill跟Venus會說中文，所以很棒的是我媽媽可以不需要協助就可以跟他們溝通。當我們到黃金海岸的時候，我媽媽的腳有一點問題，她的腳非常的痛，痛到幾乎不能走路，但是我們很幸運的是Hill招待我們沙發衝浪，而且他是很厲害的按摩師，他照顧我媽媽的腳，隔天我媽媽的腳就好了，而且走的比我還快，真的很感謝，感謝你，讓我們可以繼續接下來的旅程。

與愛人手牽手一起完成挑戰，感謝精油按摩的力量 The powerful of essential oil massage

 
因為以前我的健康狀況很不好，有心臟病跟氣喘，還有很多大大小小的病，所以我對於健康、運動、單車環島、鐵人三項、馬拉松一直都有憧憬，好不容易讓自己逐一克服了，現在也希望讓自己有能力幫助別人去完成並享受這些事情，因為這次的黃金海岸馬拉松，讓來自不同地方的人聚在一起，一起跑馬拉松，我則全程牽著寶貝Venus的手跑完21公里的半程馬拉松，為了避免Venus因為完全沒有練習而受傷，所以我幾乎每三公里就幫Venus按摩一次，每次大約五分鐘，在過程中一共按了六次，並隨時注意心跳、呼吸、肌肉收縮狀況、水份補充及營養補給，最主要的還是透過按摩及doTERRA精油，將我的能量及精油的能量轉移到Venus身上，令人興奮的是，這個方式的確是有效的，雖然沒有練習，但是成績比三年前還要進步30分鐘，跑完之後因為沒有訓練的關係，酸痛是難免的，回家後我在Venus最痛的地方（膝蓋的韌帶受傷，運動舒適角度為45度，膝蓋伸展大於50度，或是膝蓋收縮小於40度，都非常的痛）用精油按摩，其餘因為考量不嚴重，所以沒有施以按摩，隔天用精油按摩的地方就恢復正常而且完全不痛了，但是其他的地方就開始酸痛了，所以精油按摩的效果是非常明顯的，所以我超愛按摩。 完賽的跑者一起到衝浪者天堂的Vapiano吃義式料理慶祝，而且這是我吃過最棒的義式料理，每一口都非常的香及美味，無論是沙拉、比薩或是義大利麵都很棒，而且當天五個人吃，一個人只需要花13元就吃飽了，是個非常划算的饗宴，在黃金海岸的朋友千萬不要錯過了。

 Because my health condition was very terrible that I had heart disease and asthma, and many different kinds diseases made me feel uncomfortable all the time, so I always envy of healthy,

幫助長期坐輪椅的朋友重新站起來是非常令人興奮的事 It's so exciting to help friends to walk independent from wheel chair.

做輪椅四年半的朋友，經過了四次的治療之後，除了肌肉變壯了，也感到坐骨神經再生，從第一次治療後可以靠著看護扶著行走輔助器行走，到現在可以越走越快，甚至連看護不在，都可以靠自己完成訓練，去做物理治療時醫生也感到回復效果驚人，從基礎的機器訓練，到現在可以做進階的機器行走訓練，甚至預計下星期要去墨爾本參加長做在輪椅上的人，可以從新獨自行走的活動，看到他開心的樣子，真的很感動。

My friend who have seated in wheel chair for 4.5 years, after 4 treatments, except the arms and legs muscle become stronger, and also feel the sciatic nerve regenerate. After first treatment, she can walk by company with nurse with walking aids, and she can walk faster than before from now. Even without nurse, and use walking aids by herself. And the Physio doctor felt amazing about her recovery, from basic machine to advance walking machine. Even she plan to go to Melbourne to attend a event which people have seated on the wheel chair for many year and can walk again by independent next week. And I was moving by feeling her happiness.

按摩可以是件神奇的事 Massage can be a miracle.

一早來了一個客人，說手痛已經十天了，去看醫生說是網球肘，做物理治療、針灸還是按摩都沒有效，後來我幫她做完治療後，立刻就感覺好多了，手也幾乎不痛了。

 

下午來了一個隨身攜帶呼吸器的客人，剛開始連說兩、三個單字都很喘，而且手一直發抖，治療的過程中，咳了兩次深層的咳嗽，而且在一個連我都覺得很冷的冷氣房，她卻流汗流到幾乎整條大毛巾都濕透了，治療後雖然說話的時候還是會喘，但是已經可以一次講七、八個字左右，而且手也比較不抖了。

 

A customer, coming this morning had arm’s pain for 10 days, and she went to see doctor and they tell her she got tennis elbow, and then she did Physio, Acupuncture, and massage, but she didn’t feel any help or improve. After  my treatment, and she felt much better right away, and almost didn’t feel pain with her arm.

 

Another customer, coming this afternoon need to use respirator at all time, at the beginning she gasp all the time, and she was hardly to speak more than 3 words, and her hands shake all the time, during treatment, she had two deep coughing, and she got serious sweat and made a big tower almost got wet even in a air-con room. After treatment, although she still gasp at all time, but she can speak 7 to 8 words in one breath, and her hands become more steady than before.

在世界各地做按摩旅行 Massage around the world

回顧了自己過去將近兩年的時間，除了計畫參加世界各地的Toastmasters之外，也計畫在世界各地透過按摩改善他人健康，到目前為止，除了在全澳六個州，兩個自治區，做過按摩，在印尼、新加坡、馬來西亞也有我按摩的蹤跡，透過按摩除了解決慢性病，更可以有效的治療急性疼痛，並幾乎可在任何地方進行按摩，之前有農場的朋友工作到一半閃到腰，腰完全沒有辦法動，我就讓他躺在地上做按摩，馬上就好了，並繼續完成工作，按摩真的是件非常棒的事。

 

現在在黃金海岸繼續我的按摩生涯。

Review my life for nearly 2 years, except for join the different Toastmasters clubs around the world, and also plan travel and do massage to improve others health all over the world.

按摩的手藝是我人生中最大的價值 Massage is my best value of my life.

兩個星期前一個Toastmasters的朋友找我治療，她四年前因為車禍，骨盆破裂，導致無法生育及走路，剛開始治療的時候，發現朋友因為長期做輪椅的關係，全身的肌肉都非常的虛弱無力，接近到萎縮的程度，雙腿十分冰冷，腳底嚴重水腫，在治療過程中，雙腳開始變溫暖，朋友感覺到一股暖流一直延伸到腳底，按摩後朋友開始可以輕微抖動她的雙腿，她一直覺得非常的興奮，兩個星期後，她開始可以攙扶別人行走，腳的水腫也消了，看到她和她的看護興奮的樣子真的很感動，希望再經過幾次治療就可以讓她靠自己的力量再站起來走路。

One of my friend in Toastmasters want me to do treatment for her two weeks ago, and she had car accident in 4 years ago, and she had pelvic fracture and let her can’t have a baby and walk. At the beginning, I found her sit on the wheelchair too long to have a weak muscle, and atrophy, both of her legs are very cold, also had serious edema on her feet, during treatment, she felt a warm energy go through her legs into feet, and start to feel warm on her legs, and she can shake a little bit on her frets after treatment. She felt so exciting. After two weeks, she can start to walk by company with her nurse, and her edema was almost gone. I was moving that saw her and her nurse are very exciting for that. And I hope I can help her walk by herself, after some treatments.

Sea World in Gold Coast 黃金海岸～海洋世界

當天晚上因為要準備一個演講，

所以今天沒有辦法痛快的玩，

在玩的過程中還一直在練習，

所以要排隊的活動盡量都不玩，

不過來到Sea World最讓我們難忘的就是海豚表演，

這是我這輩子看過最棒的海豚表演，

比之前看過的精采好幾倍！

Because I have a speech in Toastmasters tonight, so I can’t play with my whole heart, even I practice speech during playing. We plan to play more in the limit time, so we don’t have time to play the facilities need to wait in line. The most memoriable part in Sea World is Dolphin Show, and it’s much more amazing few times than before that I have watched in other places. It’s must come schedule in Sea World even in Gold Coast.

Glow-Worm in Nature Bridge, QLD 全世界最美的藍光蟲聖地

It’s Angie and Hei’s final night, so we try to took them to enjoy the most popular place in Gold Coast, Nature Bridge to see the Glow-Worm, some people said it look like a galaxy. I think it really looks beauty, but not good enough, because many people like to destroy it in no mean. The most of the problem is that people like to use flash to took a photo in a dark environment, but it will make the Glow-Worm feel scare then reduce the life. Even some people will try to touch them, and that’s the worst thing.

今天是Angie和阿禧在澳洲的最後一個晚上，所以我們想要帶他們去看看在黃金海岸最知名的觀光景點～藍光蟲，有一些人覺得在Nature Bridge 的藍光蟲看起來像銀河一樣，然而我覺得自己到現場去看了之後看起來雖然漂亮，但就覺得還不夠美，我想是因為有很多人不經意的去破壞這樣的自然生態，最主要的原因是許多人喜歡在昏暗的地方開閃光燈拍照，然而藍光蟲卻對於光非常的敏感，很容易會降低它們的壽命，甚至是死亡，然而我感覺最糟糕的是，現在竟然還有當地的小朋友試著去摸甚至是去把藍光蟲拔下來，而且屢勸不聽，真的是非常可惡。

2014 Happy New Year in Surfers Paradise 迎接新年

這是在澳洲第二次看跨年煙火，
去年是在西澳的Rockingham，
今年則是在澳洲最知名的旅遊勝地Gold Coast- Surfers Paradise，
黃金海岸擁有70公里的海岸線，
所以對於喜愛海洋的澳洲人說，
是個絕佳的度假勝地，
對於我來說，
是一個很棒的運動聖地，
因為黃金海岸的運動規劃得很不錯，
可以沿著海一邊欣賞一望無際的海岸線一邊跑步，
真的很棒！
