[273-99] Skip the Grammarian. 跳過文法解說的職務

Today was my first time to challenge the grammarian role. I've never done this job before, even I'm in Taiwan. As a ESL, I think it might be an excuse. However, it's really a hard work for me. I tried it to realize every speaker's main point and sentences. I can't catch them, so I don't know how to give them suggestion. I ask the president to skip this session, and it's a tough decision. I want to do it, but I can't. I'm really afraid of it.

I need to focus on my listening and writing skill more.

今天是我第一次挑戰文法解說這個職務，

[273-71] The toughest challenge that I ever had today.

I will be the evaluate the evaluator in Rockingham Toastmasters tonight, so I need to evaluate the table topic evaluator and all the speech evaluator. That mean I really need to listen clearly to everything that they said who is English native speaker, and I need to give them suggestion, comment, and recommend. Sometimes I can't realize what they said, (actually was most of the time).

Because Helen, from Rockingham TM, recommend me to visit the gateway toastmaster, I want to see what's the difference and why it make Helen so love it.

Finally, I become a Toastmasters member in Rockingham Toastmasters club.
Although I had finished my CC in Taiwan, I think I want to be much better.
I want to be good at the basic public speaking skill, and I think more practice is the best way to learn it.
Some people think do more practice for the same speech will be much better.
I think that will be a little boring, and I prefer to do the similar things for the same purpose.
For example, if I don't understand the mean of the book, I'd like to read another books to make to realize it.
I don't like to read it again and again.
And when I read more, sometimes I will have different felling.
When I go back to read the same part that I don't understand before, I might realize it.
The No.2 prepare speech in Toastmasters is "organize your speech." 
When I do it twice in different topic, place and evaluation, I can get the different experience for mastering the C2 speech.
C1 to C10 is a process, and every speech have its own purpose, and it's also a very important skill for every speeches.
Try to be more good at CC and try to be more humorous.
Because I think I am a shy and stiff person, I want to be more friendly.
Hope I can do it.

By the way, I'm lucky that Rockingham Toastmasters Club is a lovely and warmly place that I can really enjoy the meeting than other clubs.
Even I can't understand the every meaning form others, I still feel so good during the meeting.
Hope I can do something for the mother club in Australia and also bring something back to my mother club in Taiwan.

I found a very good website that can teach me master public speaking which is Toastmasters International Videos.

It provided lots of useful tips and ideas that can make us become much better.

之前因為有找TM的分會一直找不到的窘境，
所以想要把全台灣的分會地點整理一下，
有小黑點的是本人已經確定過的地點，
沒有的就是依照資料去標定的地點，
但是有時候會議地點或是時間會有更動，
所以有即時的相關網站是很必須的，
因為打算這個地圖是要長期經營的，
所以就暫時不放連絡電話，
因為電話一年就會換一次，
怕自己會沒有時間整理，
但是網站上的資料是長長久久的，
所以希望有TM的夥伴可以幫忙協助我完成資料的建構，
我已經盡我所能的去找相關的網站了，
但是有些分會就是完全找不到。
