Rest and Start

休息了好長一陣子，
始終沒有辦法回到以前的狀態，
回不去了，
那就開始一個新的狀態吧，
凡事都會有新的開始，
一但有了新的開始，
或許就會有不一樣的結果，
Just try it.

曾經很想要當一個很不一樣的軍人而進來當兵，
然而過了幾年後，
很自然而然的就變的跟大家一樣了，
不想要一樣的卻變的一樣了，
想一樣的卻仍然是同一個樣，
有些事情還是很難去改變，
不變的是，
我依舊不斷地尋找讓我能量源源不絕的熱情，
也因此給了自己很多次的藉口讓許多事停擺，
做自己感到很熱情的事情很爽，
意外做了事情之後讓自己感到很熱血感覺也很棒，
但是總要適時的拉回自己，
不然會一直偏離軌道，
最近一直在要求自己寫筆記，
讓腦袋能夠多做一些Output，
不然腦袋總是塞了一堆的資料，
花再多的時間吸收還是沒有用。

在一個戰備單位，
做好待命前準備，
就是要做好各項裝備、武器的檢整及測試，
以便於突然的敵軍來襲，
可以馬上備戰，
在瞬息萬變的社會，
加上一個裝豆腐的腦袋，
做好待命前準備，
就是要做好筆記以準備未來可能會遇到的事情，
Practice, practice, practice to make confidence.

忍六個禮拜

今天是你到台南砲校受訓的第一天,
晚上快9:45才接到你的電話,
你說裡面連手機都不能充電,
接下來的六個星期都會非常忙碌,連書都不能看!
吼! 怎麼那麼嚴格啊! 
這樣都不能跟你聊天講事情了,好痛苦喔 > <
而且接下來我應該會有很多事情想跟你說,想問問你的意見,
這下可好了...

最後一晚

我真的快睡著了,剛剛整理完(就快完成了,還差把電腦裝箱)


但是我還是想上來,在這個時刻,寫下我的心情


你說我猶豫不決,但這裡的人事物真的讓我放不下


硬是得抽離,是會難過,是會非常捨不得的


從5月經過6.7月決定在9月,卻又有種走不開的感覺


我知道你應該也感到很煩,因為我自己都受不了自己這樣


我只能一直告訴自己:這是一個過程,只是一個段落,

別輕估自己在朋友心中的重要性 （網路文章）

我唸高一時，有一天看到一位同班同學吉米從學校走回家；他看來是把所有在學校用的書都帶回家。我想著：「為什麼有人要在禮拜五把所有的書都帶回家呢？他一定是個很無趣的人。」

這個週末我已經計畫好參加一個宴會，加上明天下午與朋友們來一場足球賽；所以我聳了聳肩，繼續走在回家的路。不一會兒，我看到一群小孩跑向他，撞了過去，把他的書全撞飛了，並且絆倒他，讓他跌到泥中。他的眼鏡也掉在離他有十尺遠的草地上，當他抬起頭來時，我看到他流露出很悲傷的眼神；那時我心軟了，我趕緊跑到他的身邊幫他找到眼鏡，同時看到了他眼角的淚光。

August 5th What I Learned Today (It's the day of commemoration)

Today is my debut in the toastmaster's speech, my topic is STD Apps. I have practiced it for a long time, and tonight lots of people enjoy my speech, and a cute student write some notes want to realize more from my speech so he ask some questions during the intermission. And his English teacher invite me to make a speech for her students in school in September. Wow, it's so amazing.
It's the day of commemoration, it's the day of me to be a toastmasters' member, and I got the best speak prize, and I got a speech invitation from high school, and it's Venus first time to attend the toastmasters. It's really a special day.

August 1st What I Learned Today

Because of Angela, I was invited to attend Taipei City Government toastmasters. And I think it's a professional place to hold a meeting. And I have a table topic which answers "If Taiwan is a man or woman, what will you talk to he/her?" It's so difficult to me. But I still try to do my bast, and win the prize, tissue. And I got a special news which TCG have a joint meeting, in the 101, next time and it change its meeting time. Because of that I need to rearrange my holiday. And Angela invite me to have a speech in September 19th. I think it will be a good chance to practice my speech skill.

July 31st What I Learned Today

I'm busy for swimming training, it's a little hard about coordination. But thanks for some people support me to do it, so that I can go on this mission.

July 30th What I Learned Today

It's for a long time I haven't practiced my swimming skill. Thanks for Chung-Lan, to correct my swimming skill, so that I can swim more fast and save my energy.

July 29th What I Learned Today

What a coincident! Someone return back the CD radio player. And I just saw the plug converter is what I need and I looking for it for a long time so that I can repair the water cleaner machine. And I just right away go to repair it, which was broken for 3 weeks. After that, it can clean the swimming pool's bottom, and make it clear. HA~ Ha~  

July 28th What I Learned Today

Wow, the boss give me a whole new big mission. So that I must be call many calls to make sure everything is OK. And through it, I learn some new knowledge in the military mission.

July 27th What I Learned Today

I have had the rapid thinking for three days running, and I always like this feeling. It can let me think lots of things in a short time. But I still don't know how can I have this ability. I'll try to find it out.

July 26th What I Learned Today

When I got the gift of earth, I have new power to be more enthusiastic in my life. And I try to learn more skill to use essential oil to improve my life. I think it's very cool, and it's very effective and fast. I always enjoys the high effective in my life, and I still need to follow the schedule to ensure all things will be done on time.

July 25th What I Learned Today

I took my whole day to find the travel information. When I find more, and I enjoy it more. And I have to accumulate  these experience to fulfill my dream. Bali Island will be my first time to be a backpacker and be a world toastmasters.

July 24th What I Learned Today

Wow! I got the gift of earth form my mother. At first, I don't know how to use it. but when I felt it and I love it at once. We walked in the park and took some instant picture. I haven't had such a great time with my mother for a long tome. Maybe I need to find more time to company my parents.

July 23rd What I Learned Today

It's very happy to receive lots of wishes from friends, including familiar and unfamiliar friends. Thank you all and I will keep it in mind. I got the biggest present is that my baby and I know how to cherish each other this year.

July 22nd What I Learned Today

It's my first time to eat Wang Steak, I wonder to eat for a long time. Although it's expensive than Tasty, I perfer to eat in Tasty because of its service. Although the waiter in Wang Steak is not professional, they are really funny. My baby and I enjoyed the atmosphere. And I'm very lucky because I got three present from W.S., birthday cake, birthday song, picture, album, pairs of mug, and rose soap. Ha! Ha! I enjoy tonight very much.

July 21st What I Learned Today

Oh! My God! the day after tomorrow is my birthday. All my brain is think of that, the Wang Steak and Transformer 3D.  But I still have lots things to do so I stay up all night to finish it. Because the midnight is free, no one will bother me, so that I can do things with effective.

July 20th What I Learned Today

Today I fix the TV so that U cab watch channel 155 to see the Studio Classroom to maintain my English. And I adapt to see the magazines and listen the English programs. After three weeks practiced, I feel I can realize the English meaning from what I see or what I hear easily than before. I practiced little triathlon for a week, and I feel stronger, Ha Ha....

July 19th What I Learned Today

I felt so good today, because I had finished small three iron for few days running. Although it took me lots of energy, and my body felt a little pain. But I think pain will gone, and muscle will stay. I believe it, so I need to go on and don't give up.

July 18th What I Learned Today

I learned some tips about running from boss. Try to use nose to breath, not month. And the core muscle is very important.
When I use these tips to run, I felt a little easy about running.

July 17th What I Learned Today

Wow, my roommate was the novel champion when he was a freshman. No wonder that he knows lots of history about movies and foreign novels. I'm so lucky that I recognized such a special person. His novel is very cool, he can describe all the detail to make reader know the story even make readers feel like the main character in the story. I like it. And I had read the Christie's novel, And Then There Were None,which I want to read for a long time.

July 16th What I Learned Today

Because of the VIP, we decide to clean all the environment and pick out all of the garbage in the office, and I spend whole day to set up the office in a new style. Although it took me lots of time, I think it's worth. Who don't like to work in a clean office?

July 15th What I Learned Today

Wow, most of people are on holidays. Because of that, I think I have a holiday as well, but it rains and thorn heavily recently,  it's hard to do some exercise outside. Then I just run on the running machine and train my core muscle. And I hope with these training can make me stronger and pass the physics training test.

July 14th What I Learned Today

Thursday is not my day in the military, because if the boring patriotism TV program. But recently I feel I have more energy to use this period to write something or read some magazines, and I feel so good to use time so well rather than sleep for two hours. I think that is one of my happy things of these days.

July 13th What I Learned Today

Wow,Long Tan Toastmasters is held in elementary school, and it's the same with the legend Toastmasters. But there are something different, the first one, Long Tan's average age is older than legend.
Second one, the scores of people do is the business.
Third one, the president make his best effort to recruit new members so that he posted scores of advertisement to the public area, library and school near Long Tan. And three of new guest of the day come here because of the advertisement.
Fourth one, some members would try their best to joy others to show up their humor, although they are not good at it, every body can enjoy the atmosphere.
God won't give you humorous ability, but he will give you chance to learn it. Because of the triathlon on September. I bring my bicycle to the camp and try to start my little triathlon training everyday.

July 12th What I Learned Today

Today boss scores of new philosophy. Maybe he faced some problems recently, and he can't promote as he think. I think he become more matured than before, and the treasure remind of boss that the company can use the money from military don't need to spend their own money to buy company item. And the boss think the treasure make the big effort to find out the problem, so he give him NT 500 to be prize. I think the reason are who notice the detail and touching the boss heart because of his experience. It's a big lesson that how can do a good speech? The key point is realize the audience so that we can touch the audience and make the good presentation.

July 11th What I Learned Today

Today, baby and I went to Golden Mountain old street, and we had visited old street for two days running. It stands for that we really enjoy the feeling and the food in old streets.
After that, we started to enjoy the afternoon tea, honey toast with fruits and ice cream. After some breaks, we went to hot spring, although it's very hot to dip in the hot spring in summer, it can relax yourself and we really enjoy massage for each other.
The headline of the day is talked about cheating by groupon from the internet. Scores of people think they got the good price for some service, but it can't use before the due time, it means they just spend their money to buy a useless ticket. Because we just buy the ticket from groupon for the trip today, and we had tried-and-true then we bought it. If the tickets from group has too many people to buy it, and the price is too low and exaggeration. It must be aware of it.

July 10th What I Learned Today

Today baby and I went back to Lin Kou old street to eat the recommend food from the internet, which named youth restaurant. When we got the old street but we hadn't found the restaurant for 20 minutes and the weather is so hot, so we decided to try another restaurant, cold noodles. At first, we just felt a little regret that we can't eat the original food, but when we eat the cold noodles, WOW, it's the most delicious cold noodles that I had ever eaten. I almost cry, because it really taste so good.
So, even we don't follow the original schedule, but we enjoyed another tasty food, the world is always full of amazing.

July 9th What I Learned Today

Because of the recommend by Shang Su, I go to Taipei advanced Toastmasters, irregular motive advanced. I felt the profession meeting is very powerful, and most of the members are humours and influence. I really enjoy this meeting. Antony, table topic champion, shared his experience how to do a good table topic, you only can focus on one thing and find something to support your idea, never say more than one idea or you'll confuse yourself and audience. It need to practice and convergence all the thinking in your mind.
I'll try it, excluding useless ideas and keep the good ideas.

July 8th What I Learned Today

Because of the recommend from Taipei city government president, Emily, I change my schedule to the BID Toastmasters. Wow, I saw three foreigner in BID, and I felt curiosity why they want to attend this club? I found a person, Henry, always inviting others members to join BID, and try to joy the audience, I think he is the spirit person in BID.
I heard a strange accent from a Asia face. After meeting, I started to talk with him, and realized that he is from France. We had talked for two hours, and he is a traveler withg abundance experience about travel around the world. I got some advice from him. And he shared a special experience, he said China buy some companies in France so thact they must learn Chinese, and it's so interesting, how come China buy lots of companies to enforce them to learn Chinese.

July 7th What I Learned Today

When I decide to get the CC before October so that I must make a speech every week from now to October. Because of that, every day have their meaning.
Today, I was planning to join the grand Toastmasters and I wanted to checked the meeting from president, but he hadn't answered me for two days. With some worried, I came to the meeting place, founded by website. When I got the place, I hadn't seen anything from there. So I only can come back home at once, and I felt that it waste my time and money. So i need to learned this lesson, if the plan is not sure, and without backup, don't do that. But if I don't have any schedule follow up the plan, I'll try it to do some adventure.

July 6th What I Learned Today

It's my first time to attend Toastmasters,ALE ladder, in Taipei. And I just try to feel what's the difference from Taipei and Kaoshung. I think Taipei will prefer to problem solution, they always asks me that "do you have any question?" Although I don't have any questions, I still hear the same question time by time, so that I will try to find out the problems with the meeting, with that I will become critical thinking. Although it's a good training, I don't like it at all.
But I learn something from that, I like their vote, and I will feel high class with the quality, and it will be cheaper than print it by A4 paper.
And I felt happy that I knew a table topic king in US, and I learned something from him and felt more confident when I talk to the foreigners.

July 5th What I Learned Today

I think regular habits are very important. If I want to train myself and find out the time to practice English, I should try to find out the time to make my body know what should I do in what time. So that I can make sure I can do all of the things that I want to and decide something that I need to give up because I don't have much time. It's totally different from the past time, I couldn't make all the time and effort only for the job, so I just want to maintain it and try to find out the balance.
Another thing is teaching swimming, I always want to make sure that learners can learn the true north about the swimming, and it will take more time, if the learners can't feel their swimming skill be improved very quick. They will quit easily. So other instructors like to teach the fast way rather than the right way. And learners still can pass the swim test so maybe I don't always need to keep the principle all the time and be flexiable. Nowadays, many people only want to the effective way, true way are not always the best way for most of people. It's very important to think what is the benefit can bring to others.

July 4th What I learned today.

It's my second times to test my physical training. Actually, I haven't trained myself for a long time. Most of time I trained myself by weight training and swimming. Because of my painful left knee, I don't like to run. But I still hope I can pass this test, because of my lucky month, July. Although I enhance and strengthen my sprite and mind that I can pass it and I feel really good, my heart and body can't afford it, and I was failed again. I reviewed myself and ask why you want to tell me from this lesson? I learned the hard way not rely too much on lucky rather than practice. So I know I need more practice sports that I can get what I want. No matter test,travel, speech, and everything,I need to practice more to make perfect or fulfill my dreams. Faith only can assist my success rather than make me success.
But something interesting, during my running time,because of my slow speed, I saw a familiar face, and I called his name, are you..... I don't know why I call his name, but it's really his name. And he replyed me, hey do you remember Mr. Chungh. I just bump into him few minutes ago. I can't believe it, that we haven't see each other for 12 years when we graduated from elementary school, three of us are paralle line for 12 years how come we see each other in this time? Maybe you want to tell me something that cherish everymoment, and everything have its meaning. Thank you for making me feel a special experience.

My birthday present

I arrange my schedule in July and I feel a little shock for I have 16 TM meeting in July.

I think the birthday present of this year is Toastmasters.

The birthday present of last year was my girl friend, Venus.

The birthday present of two years ago was travel around Taiwan by bike.

And the birthday present of next year is the WORLD.

July 3rd What I learn Today

It's a so cool day. I found others can practice English with me. First candidate is an English master from NCCU. Second candidate is a student who had studied in Canada for 7 years. Fortunately, one is my roommate, and another one is my subordinate. And I have another plan, regular reading from magazines, C.S.I.A., CNN, Studio Classroom, Ivy, and Advanced.

Recently, my baby and I want to travel to Bali Island, so we collect lots of information about it. And I found out a book, “Eat, Love, Pray”, the third part is describe the Bali Island. I learned something from this book, the author said, “There are only have four name in Bali Island, which are Wayan, Made, Nyoman, and Ketut, it means first, second, third, and fourth, but how about fifth and forth? It’s Wayan, Made, Nyoman, and Ketut again. It’s very interesting, and I want to bust it. Ha Ha! Another one is Bali Island is very small, there are only 500 kilometers for a round, so the best transportation is bicycle. And I think I can only ride the bike in three days, I think it will be very interesting. If I had time, I will try it.

July 2nd What I learned today?

It's my new challenge to attend advanced Toastmasters club. As a matter of fact,I feel a little nervous. When I entered the conference room, in my first sight is familiar face Jerry, meeting each other yesterday. So that made me feel more confortable. But the second sight is familiar military dressing, and I started to find out his rank, lieutenant general. Wow,it's so cool. And I had another question that why he wore the military dressing in the meeting? My third sight is a unusually girl, with big and deep eyes, vivid face, dark skin, and she made me remind of my friend, Anna, I guess she must come from India because of her familier accent. Before the meeting started, I had had three times WOW! When I saw the agenda, I found out three things were interesting, first thing is they have variety session as well. Second, there are workshop, what's that? Third, a special name, Vicky, is on the list,who's Vicky?

During the meeting I thought everyone is so great.and I learn something from Alice's speech. She shared her job experience, she said "how to be a good English teacher? You must make students feel joyful, entertaining, eyes comfortable, and also learn English" in this time, additional value is for important than original value. And I learned a lot from workshop from Roger, joined TM for more than twenty years, he show us what's the difference between man and woman when they are communicate. Man like to argumentation and woman like to story telling. Most of time we can't communicate each other so well. So we we can try to switch to another mode, everybody try it at once, and it works. Cool!

After meeting, we had gone to 7-11 to join our second round for three hours. And finally, I saw the Vicky, beautiful and smart. So name is very important, if anybody meet a man, who named Hill, he must be very handsome, smart, and tall. And if you meet a girl, who named Venus, she must be very beautiful, sexy, and smart! So choose a good name is very important.

July 1st What I learned today?

It's my first time to join Taoyuan Toastmasters club. At first, I thought the place is so weird. And I saw the agenda, it was all about new officer addressing. It must be boring. I noticed that there are something different, what's the variety session? When Richard started this session, I realized that it's a good session to warm up whole the meeting. Richard just made us do some brainstromings, and everybody enjoyed this game, and it let new guest adapt in the environment easily. It's time to start office report, and it cool as well as attractive. And TTC plan to attend triathlon to maintain our relationship. What a coincident! I want to join triathlon again for a long time, and I was so lucky that I joined the TTC. And the second round is to eat kill pizza,one of my dreaming food that I want to eat . It's a great day.

十幾年前我剛從美國回來的時候，第一個想到要買的東西就是一部車，因為有車以後行動就自由了，愛去哪里就去哪里。經過一段時間的評估後，我決定買一部墨綠色的中型轎車。當時我的印象是一般人都買白色或黑色的車，所以認為自己的選擇很獨特，而且又很有品位。正在為自己能買到一部與眾不同的車而沾沾自喜時，我突然發現不論是在高速公路上、小巷子裏，甚至在大樓的停車場中，都看到許多與我的車型相同，而且是墨綠色的轎車！

我開始覺得很奇怪，於是把我的觀察和同事們分享：“為什麼大家都開始買墨綠色的轎車？”有一位女同事當時正好懷孕，聽我講完後就說：“我倒是沒有看到許多墨綠色的轎車，可是我最近發現，無論在哪里都有許多孕婦。臺灣的出生率最近是不是有所提高呢？” 奇怪的是，我與其他同事都沒發現街上有孕婦增加的現象，她看到那麼多大概是很湊巧。

無法好好的休假

自從正式開始之後


我就不敢把一個月的假都休完


每次放假也都會擔心


總是不能盡情的休假


深怕自己休錯天,與客戶擦身而過


所以寧可錯上也不願錯放


同事問我 : 你好像很少休假厚?


老闆問我 : 你怎麼休這麼少天?


但是這樣好像幫助也沒多大,也沒差很多...


反而一直無法放鬆

我四個月的成長與回歸現實面

參加EPCA已經四個月了，
從來沒有想過我有機會參加這麼棒的訓練，
每天都是英文，
一天至少都會用12個小時在練習英文，
有時候可以瘋狂到一天18個小時，
但這裡的生活中就會結束，
大約訓期過一半的時候，
我每天都在想回去之後應該怎麼繼續保持英文，
不然到時候出國就麻煩了。

感動的一週年卡片

今天也很忙.忙到客人9點一走,我就放空...
回家等過馬路的時候剛好遇到宜佳
所以我等他停好車一起走回家
進了大門他很習慣的走去信箱拿信
看他拿出了一個粉紅色的信封
我在腦海想:那是誰的信啊?
結果宜佳看了一下說:你的ㄟ.
我接過來,看了正面...這麼歪歪扭扭的字是誰啊?
很像猴子的字,不過不太可能啊! 他才剛寄過明信片給我耶.
哈~那是北鼻囉! 再看一下後面...呵呵果然
竟然是北鼻寄來的卡片耶! 好驚訝喔!

對話一：你想取別人錢嗎？

一天法師給一位喜歡羨慕和嫉妒別人的大學生打電話。大學生不悅地說，別人有的他都想有，可是為什麼卻得不到呢？

法師就說：你能不能給我寄五千塊錢來？

學生很驚訝：師父，我沒有呢！

法師：到銀行去取嘛！

學生繼續驚訝：師父，我銀行裡沒有呢！

法師：你就取別人的嘛！

法師：哇，你好智慧！竟然知道別人的錢取不出來！

法師：那你能取誰的？

學生非常肯定地回答：我只能取出自己曾經存進去的呀！

法師：可是這個世界有好多人天天都想取別人的錢呢！

學生恍然：嗯……師父！ 

對話二：孩子怎麼教？

2006年7月法師在廈門講課一天，一聽眾在最後提問時問道：請問法師，我的小孩不聽話、不愛學習怎麼辦？

法師：您複印過文件嗎？

聽眾：複印過。

法師：如果復印文件上面有錯字，您是改複印件還是改原件？

場內立刻響起雷鳴般的掌聲。而後有人答道：改原件。

法師：應該原件和復印件同時改，才是最好。

◎     父母是原件，家庭是複印機，孩子是複印件。

◎ 孩子是父母的未來，父母更是孩子的未來。 

對話三：你想500元買汽車嗎？

一個信眾電話抱怨道：為什麼我努力了還是得不到？念經行善了，但命運卻不變？

法師：我給你寄五百塊錢來好不好？

信眾：師父，你的錢我不敢要呢！

法師：我是要你幫我辦一件事。

信眾：師父，你說辦什麼，我絕對幫你辦好！

法師：幫我買一輛汽車。

信眾驚呀地說：師父，五百塊怎麼能買到汽車呢？ ！

法師：你真不愧是研究生，知道五百塊買不到汽車！可是世上有太多的人都在絞盡腦汁，總想付出一點得到很多。

對話四：心靈籃球

一個人民大學的研究生來拜訪法師，看到其他的來客拜法師，不理解地問：為什麼好多人見到你都要磕頭？這是不是有點迷信？我沒有拜過任何人，我只拜我自己！

法師問：你一定打過籃球，或者羽毛球，或者乒乓球吧？

青年：是的，打過！

法師答：打籃球幹什麼？不打籃球，籃球會難受嗎？而且那麼多人打一個球，是為了快點把籃球打爛嗎？

青年：不是，是為了鍛煉身體和娛樂。

法師說：不用籃球也可以像打籃球一樣運動嘛！

青年：那樣多沒意思。而且旁人看到還以為是神經病呢！

法師答：說得好！籃球只是一個道具，一個鍛煉和娛樂的道具。那麼，身體需要鍛煉，心靈就不需要鍛煉嗎？

青年：按理應該。可心靈怎麼鍛煉呢？

法師答：人在禮拜的時候，五體投地，表現出謙卑、服從、懺悔、求助、感恩和接受，同時也是將自己的心靈融化，與被崇拜者在心靈上合一與連接。 這就是心靈的鍛煉。

在我心中，別人拜我的時候，我也是一個道具，就像一個籃球，讓人打來打去。只不過我不是真的籃球，是一個心靈籃球。

同樣，拜祖宗是為了培養自己的孝心，用心靈承接祖宗累積的能量；拜土地是為了感恩珍惜土地，我們生長在大地，大地給我們很多的食物和物品，而我們回饋的都是垃圾；拜龍王是珍惜感恩水，因為人體有70-80%是由水組成；……

中國人禮拜的學問深了，裡面有大智慧妙作用。虔誠禮拜的時候，拜和被拜是一個整體，哪有什麼你我高低呢？有些人搞不懂就大加誹謗，是沒有實踐過和用心體驗過。妄加誹謗就是癡狂！

青年：太高深，太智慧了！請受我三拜！

法師問：感覺到心靈鍛煉的美妙了嗎？

青年：嗯！很偉大！ ……

對話五：糞便臭不臭？

2008年12月，在北京香山名苑賓館，一個女士經人介紹來見法師。可是她不停地述說自己的苦難，沒完沒了。法師打斷她的話說：你的苦還真多呀！

女士：別人訴苦最多需要三天三夜，我訴苦需要三年！

法師：那是什麼時候的苦？

女士：前幾年。

法師：那不是過去了嗎？為什麼還緊抓不放呢？

法師停了一下，又問：你拉出的糞便臭不臭？

女士：當然很臭啦！

法師：現在糞便在哪裡呢？

女士：拉完就沖掉了。

法師：為什麼不把它包起來放在身上？見到人就拿出來告訴別人：我被這東西臭過？

女士：那多噁心！

法師：對呀！苦難也是一樣，它已經過去了。回憶和訴苦就如同把糞便拿出來向人展示，既臭自己又臭別人！聽懂了嗎？

女士：聽懂了！

法師：那以後你還要不要訴苦？

女士：不要了！

法師：記住：越訴苦越苦，越抱怨越怨。

女士：嗯！ ……

對話六：如果世人都出家…

2008年3月在武漢，一個對佛教有興趣的女教師對寂靜法師說，如果世人都像你一樣都出家，人類還能延續嗎？

寂靜法師好像沒有聽到這個問題，平和而關懷地問到：你的小孩多大了？男孩女孩？

教師：17歲了，女孩。

法師：要準備高考了。

教師：是的。正在加緊複習。

法師：你一定希望她考個好大學吧？

教師：是的，要考就考北京的大學，其它的大學沒什麼意思。

法師：如果每一個人都像你一那樣想，那還有人種田嗎？其它省的大學不是只有都關門了？

教師：？ ……？

法師：你注意到沒有，你已經回答了你自己的問題？

教師有些愕然：？ ……！

對話七：和尚吃肉嗎？

2009年7月法師在四川德陽萬佛寺。一個來訪者問：法師，我想問一個不太恭敬的問題？

法師：請講！

來訪：您在公眾場合都是素食，您一個人在房間的時候會不會吃肉呢？

法師並沒有回答他的問題，反倒問他：您是開車來的嗎？

來訪：是的。

法師說：開車的時候要繫安全帶。請問您是為自己繫還是為警察繫？如果是為警察繫安全帶，有警察沒警察就不一樣。那這樣車禍一定為警察發生，人也一定為警察而死；如果是為自己繫，有沒有警察都要繫。明白了吧？

來訪：喔，我明白了！

對話八：拜佛是崇拜偶像嗎？

2000年在峨眉山，法師參加“佛教傳入中國2000年”法會。在閒暇之時碰到一位遊客。遊客說，佛教那麼多的佛菩薩像、羅漢像，是不是偶像崇拜呢？

法師說：也有其它的宗教公開批判佛教多神崇拜，偶像崇拜，他們說佛像都是泥塑木雕的，還朝他們禮拜，很是迷信。

說到這裡，法師一轉語問道：你喜歡旅遊嗎？

遊客：很喜歡。

法師：也喜歡照相吧？看你拿著相機。

遊客：是的，留個回憶給自己，也留個紀念給子孫。

法師：可能家裡有幾百張相片了吧？

遊客：最少也有四五百張。家人的照片最多，有空我就翻翻看看，回味回味。

法師：相片是紙不是人呢！看來你比佛教崇拜的偶像還要多得多呢！

遊客：那不一樣！相片幫助我們回憶記憶中的親人，怎麼是偶像崇拜呢？

法師：同樣，佛菩薩像幫助我們回憶自己內心的美好品質，提醒我們改正錯誤和完善自我，這不是很巧妙的科學嗎？怎麼會是偶像崇拜呢？

遊客：哦，原來是這樣！　

對話九：因為失戀才出家嗎？

2002年10月在四川綿竹，一位醫生好奇地問法師：法師是不是因為失戀才出家的呢？

法師答道：如果我請你吃一頓飯。桌上有豆腐、白菜、蘿蔔、紅薯、土豆、米飯、菠菜等。等你吃飽了，我問你：你是吃豆腐飽的嗎？你怎麼回答？

醫生愣了一下，說，我明白了。

佛法講“因緣生萬法”，不是單因單果。

對話十：佛法入門之道

2009年元旦路過長沙，一位國防科大的教授請吃素齋。

在飯桌上，教授說道：我喜歡參觀寺院，但不懂什麼是佛法，如何修學。

此時，服務員正好送上一碟小菜。

法師說道：教授，你看，這價值幾塊錢的小菜要擺在桌上，而你腳上價值千塊的皮鞋卻只能踩在地上。

教授一愣，好像平日都用功在尖端課題，對這麼平常的事件從來沒有思考過，現在經法師這麼一提，似有所悟，點點頭：有道理！

法師緩緩說道：這就是佛法。這就是入門之道。

對話十一：超級發財之道

夜裡，在法師的寮房，有人請教發財之道。

法師從座位上下來，走到門口電燈的開關面前，把燈全部關掉。於是房間立刻進入一片漆黑之中，停留了幾秒鐘，大家的心中都有一種莫名的不快。

法師：請問房間的東西少一樣沒有？

來訪：沒有！

法師：那在哪裡呢？你們看得見嗎？

來訪：看不見。

法師：看不見就等於沒有！

法師又把燈打開，頓時房間明亮起來，大家的心立刻舒服起來。

法師：請問房間的東西多一樣沒有？

來訪：沒有。

法師：但整個房間的一切都出現了，我們立刻擁有了供桌、鮮花、佛像、裝飾和我的表情…… 。所以，如果在黑暗中，抓到東西一定是碰巧的和有限的，而光明中不用抓一切都有了。你們領悟到什麼沒有？

來訪：？ ……！

法師：讓心靈從黑暗走向光明，就會發現“原來一切都在這裡！”這個“發現”的過程就是“發大財”！ 

 對話十二：我是小偷的師父

2005年一個天，法師隨恩師海山上人去雲南雞足山。路上接到德陽市羅江中學兩位學生的短信：師父啊！煩死人了，還有20天就要高考了！我們在綿陽又被小偷偷了……

法師就回信說：太好了！你們太有福氣了！ 我是想，你們那麼容易就結識了佛法，太幸運太有福了，該丟點錢消點業障，平衡平衡。

學生：師父你還高興，我們都快氣死了！

法師回信：沒關係！小偷是我的徒弟。徒弟偷了你們的錢，當然該師父賠。因為師父沒有把他們教好。你們被偷了多少錢？

學生：200元。

法師回信：好，等我回來解決！

回到羅江，法師就找來兩位學生，把200元給了他們。

法師身邊一位居士看到這一切，不滿地問道：師父，你本來就沒有多少錢，大家好不容易給你一點，你怎麼隨手就給了別人？ ……

法師說：你怎麼跟我學的？你的智慧慈悲那裡去了？

緊接著法師又繼續說： 你想想：第一，這兩個學生很快就要高考，情緒不好會影響考分，而考分會影響一生的命運。這是值200元嗎？ ！

第二，按照佛法，小偷就跟這兩個學生結怨了，這個怨會生生世世地延續下去。我200元就把他們生生世世與小偷的怨給化了，這值多少錢？ ！

第三，因為我為小偷還錢是以師父的身份完成的，構成了事實。按照佛法，這個小偷一定會在某生某世來給我當徒弟。而且會是乖乖的聽話的好徒弟，因為我在多少世以前不認識他的時候就為他承當了罪過和損失。這難道是200元可以完成的嗎？ ！

法師又開導：你看到的都是別人能看到的，有什麼智慧？佛法是要你看到別人看不到的！看清自己擁有和失去多少錢，這是一般智都能做的事！聖賢是要我們看到錢以外更大的“錢”！！

如果你是台灣人 

l        記不記得十年前韓國和我們斷交的時候，韓國政府在一夜之間毫無預警地， 
全數將我們駐韓漢城大使館的財產過到中共名下。 
這是和我們斷交的國家裡最惡劣態度。   
l        再看看去年年底漢城電玩大賽，台灣選手打敗韓國對手晉級決賽，結果呢？ 
韓國主辨單位硬要脅台灣定要再和韓國再戰一回，不然視同台灣自行棄權。 
這等行徑連其它國家都看不下去，一起幫台灣向韓國抗議。 冠軍曾政城在頒獎時揮舞國旗，結果被韓國當場沒收。

勇氣

今天和一個常客聊到:他最近買的一個新房子,要租給他一個從日本回來的朋友,那個朋友是去日本學藝術的,在木製品上繪畫!


我說:哇好特別喔,他是藝術家耶! 他以前就是學美術美工相關的啊?


他說: 不是以前也是在手機公司...


我說:他好有勇氣喔!


他也這麼覺得,還說他很多朋友都很有勇氣的去做自己想做的事.


有一個朋友,工作了幾年想去法國念書幾個月,於是先上網認識法國人,結果就認識了他現在的法國男友,正在思考要不要嫁去法國呢!


有一個朋友,工作了幾年之後,發現自己很喜歡植物,也開始去鑽研...


還真特別      哈


他們真的好有勇氣喔! 發現自己熱愛的事物,就一步步的去實現去完成,捨棄了原本穩定的工作,而家人也都支持,真的很不容易耶!


也許沒有很多錢,但是他們的心靈應該都是滿足的,不會有遺憾.

像嗎?

今天Amanda看到我日誌本上貼的照片,很驚訝的說:哇!你們有夫妻臉耶! 


我: 有嗎? 是長得像嗎?  應該是感覺像吧!


A: 有啊!你們好像喔!   


然後他又說: 你怎麼把照片洗這麼大張啊? 


我(懷疑的表情): 有很大嗎?沒有很大吧!才4*6而已,很正常啊:)  


 A: 你好像少女喔,只有少女談戀愛才會這樣子!
 ( = =" 哈哈    我應該開心囉?我是少女耶!  此時覺得好像他比我大才對)
