[273-33] Set the goal


I need something new or find some interesting things in my ordinary life to make me feel energetic. But when I want to do lots of thing, most of time I will have lost my real goal. Setting the most important goal of the day would probably be a better way to help me solve this problem. 

It's very hard to keep good habits for a long time, and that's why I feel regret all the time. The main reason is I'm too lazy to do what I really need to do. I usually like to do something affect me to do the really important thing to me.
