[273-6] 不完美的產品才賺錢？Imperfect Product that can earn money?

前陣子聽到不完美的產品才賺錢這本書摘之後，
才突然驚覺很多東西都是用一下子就壞了，
所以需要再去買新的商品，
這樣商人才可以持續的一直賺錢，
也想到朋友提醒我的話，
不能把客人的問題處理好，
這樣他下次就不會來了，
曾經我有想過是不是真的要改變方法，
讓自己做的輕鬆一點？
每次這麼拚命的幫客人解決問題，
但也不是每一個客人都喜歡這樣的方式，
但是今天真的是很特別的一天，
出現了好幾個令我印象深刻的客人，
也都希望下次可以再讓我服務，

第一個：
一個紐西蘭的女生，
原本走路的時候腿很不舒服，
但是處理完之後，
整個身體和腿都變的很輕鬆、舒服，
一直不斷的感謝我。

第二個：
一個常來按摩的老客，
按完之後說我去了很多地方也被很多不同的人按摩，
第一次覺得時間過得這麼快，
真的是太舒服了，
Hill我記住你的名字了，
我一定會再來找你的。

第三個：
一個頭痛欲裂的女生，
說這陣子頭痛非常的嚴重，
想要去看醫生，
但是想要先來按摩試試看，
按完之後幾乎都不痛了，
一直感謝我。

第四個：
一開始原本只是要按頸肩的客人，
我問她身體也沒有哪裡不舒服的地方，
她就說沒有，
一切都很好，
但是我按了一下之後，
發現她的頸椎第五節嚴重的突出，
我就問她是不是經常脖子會不舒服？
她就說對啊！
後來按摩他脖子的時候又發現她應該會有頭痛的問題，
她也說對啊！
經常會有嚴重的頭痛，
她就問說應該怎麼處理？
我就試著幫她不舒服的地方做處理，
後來頭痛的問題也沒了，
頸椎突出的問題有稍微的改善，
整個脖子都輕鬆多了，
也感謝我的療癒之手。

第五個：
兩個客人來其中一個客人一來就說Hill我要你，
他一直跟他朋友說我是大師，
免費請他朋友來享受專業的按摩，
等他朋友先按完之後，
再幫他自己按摩。

第六個：
原本只是單純想要按頸肩的客人，
在過程中發現他可能會有手痛和頭痛的問題，
他很驚訝我怎麼會知道，
稍微處理之後，
他也覺得舒服多了，
也希望下次可以再讓我處理他身體不適的問題。

昨天有一個客人也說我按摩太舒服了，
希望以後都可以給我按，
還希望我一直都可以留在澳洲，
說她可以幫我拿PR。

上次有一個客人按完之後抒解了坐骨神經痛和頭痛的問題，
一直不斷的感謝我，
說我的魔術手指真的是太神奇了。

我知道自己還不夠好，
還有很多地方要學的，
但是每一個客人我都很盡力，
而且我也盡力的去發現客人的問題，
並解決客人的問題，
我不喜歡只是單純的把按摩做完而已，
好幾次我都是試著問自己，
為什麼要做的這麼累？
不完美的產品才賺錢？
這個標題也是我一早就想好的，
很感謝今天有這麼多的客人鼓勵我並回答我這個問題，
我想我會繼續這麼下去的，
我愛按摩~

我很喜歡的一部大陸影集~喬家大院，
裡面的一段話也深深烙印在我腦中，
『你要想就是他一年四季最需要的是什麼？
不要滿腦子只想要賺他的錢，
你幫舖子掙錢，
我不一定誇你，
但是你幫舖子掙了好名聲，
我一定重重的誇你。』
瞭解他人的需要和贏得好名聲，
也是我一直在努力的。

昨天因為騎了34公里的腳踏車，
又參加了5公里的跑步，
最主要原因應該是太久沒有騎車了，
又加上昨天風大，
又是騎快要解體的車，
騎起來特別累，
今天就想要放鬆一下，
去游個泳好了，
一下水就撿到金色硬幣~2元，
哈哈~
一開始也因為太久沒有游了，
有一點不太適應，
游的特別慢，
後來多游幾趟之後，
終於上手了，
就小游個1300公尺，
最後以蝶式做Ending，
但是右手因為平常太操勞，
竟然完全拉不起來，
最後只好以蝶腰做Ending，
再趕快跑回家準備一天的工作，
到了晚上鄭多蓮的時間，
發現每一個動作我都做得很吃力，
不管是暖身動作還是有氧動作，
之前覺得很簡單的動作，
現在完全做不出來，
還被寶貝一直欺負一直笑，
可能真的是身體在跟我抗議了，
原本還打算明天早上五點要跑去火車站再坐40分鐘的車到伯斯，
參加一個小時的Toastmasters，
再坐車趕回來工作，
但是晚上的情況真的不太樂觀，
明天讓自己稍微休息一下好了。

A while back, I heard the book summary of Everlasting Light Bulbs: How Economics Illuminates the World.

The book talk about imperfect product that can earn money.

Then I  realize that a lot of things are easy to broken.
So we need to buy new goods,

And business can earn more money from these good,
My friend also reminded me,
You can't solve customers' problem,
When you solve it and they don't need to come back again,
So sometimes I will think should I change my way?
Let myself to become easier.
I always do my best to solve the customers' problems,

Although there are not every customers like the way, some people just want to general massage.
But today is a very special day, I was impressed by several customers.

The first one:
A girl from New Zealand.
She felt very uncomfortable with her legs when she was walking.
After massage, she's whole body and legs become very relaxed and comfortable.
Constantly thank me.

Second:
A regular customer,
After massage, he said that I went to a lot of places to do massage and by a lot of different massager,
It's my first time to think time goes so fast and that's amazing and relaxing.
Hill, I remember your name,
I will come back and find you.

Third:
A girl suffer from serious headache recently.
She want to see a doctor, but she want to try a massage.
After massage, she felt pretty well and thanks me a lot.

Fourth:
At the beginning, she just want to do the neck and shoulder massage,
And I asked her do you feel any part sore or uncomfortable?
She just said no, everything is alright.
But I found a serious subluxation with her C5 during massage, and I asked her did you feel uncomfortable?
She just say "Yes, always"

During the neck massage, I found that she might suffer from migraine?

She just say "Yes, always, can you fix it?"

After massage, she felt improve her migraine and subluxation.

She thanks for my healing hands.

Fifth:
Two customers want to do massage.

One guy just say" Hill I want you, you are the master."
He told his friends that I was a master and I have terrific massage skill.

He just treat his friend to do the massage by me, then let me do the same massage for him later.

Sixth:

At the beginning, he just want to do the neck and shoulder massage,

During massage, I found that he may suffer from hands pain and headache,
He was surprised and ask me how I know that.
After massage, he felt much better and he hope I can fix these problems next time.

A customer said that my massage was so amazing yesterday,
And she hope she can do the massage by me forever.
She hope that I can stay in Australia longer.
She can help me to get the PR.

Last time, I just release her sciatica and headaches,
She felt awesome and thanks for my magic fingers.

I knew I'm still not good enough, there are lots of things that I need to progress.
But I always try to do my best effort to find out customers' problem and solve it.

I don't like just finish the massage.
Several times, I always try to ask myself,
Why should I need to make me so tired?

"Imperfect product that can earn money" was the title that I thought this morning.

Thanks for many customers encouraged me and answer me this question today.
I think I will keep going.
